Shipping

Durance offers Australia-wide delivery through a trusted door-to-door service, with every order carefully prepared to arrive safely.

A flat shipping rate applies to orders under $500.
Complimentary shipping is offered on orders over $500.
At this time, we are unable to offer international shipping.

Exchanges

For online purchases, exchange requests may be made within 14 days of delivery.
For in-store purchases, exchange requests may be made within 7 days.
Should you wish to arrange an exchange, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as your order arrives.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original tags attached. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the purchaser, and we recommend using a trackable postage service for added peace of mind.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Returns

As a small boutique, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Instead, we are pleased to offer a credit note to the value of the item(s) purchased, excluding shipping costs. Change-of-mind returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery for online purchases and within 7 days for in-store purchases.

To be eligible for a credit note, items must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original tags attached.
Faulty items may be returned for inspection within 14 days of delivery for online purchases and within 7 days for in-store purchases. If an item is confirmed to be faulty, a refund will be issued. Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be returned.

Sales & Discounted Items

We kindly ask that you choose carefully, as discounted items, including sale items, are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
